As a Warehouse Associate, you’re the backbone of our production flow. From receiving and storing materials to prepping orders and operating equipment, you’ll keep things moving efficiently on the floor. You’ll work alongside a team that takes pride in building cutting-edge modular homes—and your work directly contributes to every build.

The Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you’re the backbone of our production flow. From receiving and storing materials to prepping orders and operating equipment, you’ll keep things moving efficiently on the floor. You’ll work alongside a team that takes pride in building cutting-edge modular homes—and your work directly contributes to every build.
What You’ll Do
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials
- Pick and prepare orders accurately for production or shipment
- Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Assist with loading/unloading materials and deliveries
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running smoothly
- Track inventory levels and flag any discrepancies to the supervisor
- Collaborate with production and logistics to meet deadlines
- Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience (preferred)
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely and efficiently
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment (forklifts, cranes, etc.)
- Basic mechanical or construction knowledge is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable using warehouse management systems (or willing to learn)
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Competitive hourly wage with overtime pay
