Role Purpose
The Executive – Product Development will provide critical support to the department by managing documentation, presentations, and creative outputs that enable smooth communication of product ideas, progress, and outcomes. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational, design, and communication skills who can bridge technical content into clear, professional outputs for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Content & Creative Development
- Prepare professional presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides) for product reviews, client pitches, and management updates.
- Design infographics, visuals, and creatives to simplify technical concepts for varied audiences.
- Assist in drafting product brochures, reports, and communication material.
- Maintain accurate and well-structured documentation of product development activities.
- Support the creation of dashboards, MIS reports, and progress trackers.
- Help draft proposals, concept notes, and case studies.
- Liaise with internal teams (engineering, procurement, project management) to gather inputs for presentations and reports.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and cross-functional teams on documentation and follow-ups.
- Support departmental events, product demonstrations, and client workshops with high-quality communication material.
- Conduct secondary research on competitor products, industry practices, and market trends.
- Present findings in concise, visually engaging formats.
- Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
- Excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex information effectively.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Creative flair with attention to detail and aesthetics.
- Interest in infrastructure, technology, or product innovation is an advantage (technical expertise not mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Design, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in corporate communication, business support, or executive coordination roles.
- Exposure to infrastructure/technology/engineering industries is desirable but not essential.
