You’ll also work closely with our finance and warehouse teams to align inventory, pricing, and reporting through NetSuite.

What You’ll Do
As E-Commerce Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our online store, manage product listings, optimize user experience, and ensure seamless order processing through Mind Games websites. You’ll also work closely with our finance and warehouse teams to align inventory, pricing, and reporting through NetSuite.
- Manage and maintain the WooCommerce platform: product uploads, pricing, inventory sync, plugin integrations
- Oversee NetSuite workflows related to e-commerce: order flow, inventory updates, reporting, and reconciliation
- Monitor site performance, troubleshoot errors, and coordinate with developers for technical fixes
- Collaborate with marketing to launch promotions, banners, and seasonal campaigns
- Analyze sales data, conversion rates, and customer behavior to inform strategy
- Ensure accurate order flow, fulfillment coordination, and customer communication
- Implement SEO best practices and optimize product pages for discoverability
- Maintain compliance with tax, shipping, and privacy regulations across provinces
- Provide daily task updates and end-of-day completion reports to senior leadership
- 3+ years of experience managing WooCommerce or similar e-commerce platforms
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite, especially in inventory, order management, and reporting modules
- Strong understanding of WordPress, plugins, and integrations (e.g., payment gateways, shipping modules)
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and email marketing platforms
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Familiarity with Canadian retail compliance and bilingual communication (English/Farsi) is a plus
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and strong analytical capabilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Knowledge of other marketplaces like Walmart.ca and BestBuy.ca is a plus
- Salary: $65,000-$75,000 per year
