ETL Operations Engineer

On behalf of our client, Affinity is seeking an ETL Operations Engineer to provide reliable overnight monitoring and first-line support for large-scale AWS data workloads. This role ensures critical data jobs complete successfully and production pipelines remain stable and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and execute scheduled and on-demand ETL jobs.

• Identify and troubleshoot failed Glue or Lambda jobs.

• Validate source data availability and job dependencies.

• Maintain daily logs, RCA documentation, and shift handover notes.

• Escalate unresolved issues to senior developers or the support lead.
