• $25-48 per hour dependant on experience

• Fulltime permanent position
• Field position - travelling to client sites daily
• Must have CFAA certification, or be about to write the final exam
  
  

We are Raise, and we have partnered with our client, a global designer, manufacturer and distributor of intelligent building solutions. We are seeking multiple Certified Fire Alarm Technicians to join their busy Ottawa team immediately. What You Will Be Doing...

• Perform Rack-up, Programming, Verification and Inspection of fire alarm systems, access control and intercom systems, along with other fire protection equipment
• Perform inspections and service on products
• Complete and return inspection reports in a timely manner
• Provide technical support to customers as needed
• Provide operational training to end-users
• Ensure our customers and end-users have a positive experience working us
• Read and understand engineered drawings, specifications, programs, schematics, installation manuals, and service manuals
• Ensure work is performed in compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards and company procedures
  
  

Why this is the right job for you...

• MUST have Canadian Fire Alarm Association (CFAA) Registration or comparable qualification
• Technicians shall have 3-5 years of experience within the Fire Alarm industry
• Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing
• Ability to lift equipment and tools up to 70lbs and climb ladders and scaffolding
• Possess a full G Driver's License
• Possess a valid and clean motor vehicle license
• Competency in Microsoft Word and Excel is an asset
• Must be able to consent to a background check
• Must be available for some on call work
