Responsibilities For a Luxury Retail Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcome and guide visitors
• Manage access control
• Deter Theft
• Identify potential risks
• Conduct interventions with customers to deter theft
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Answer questions in person
  
  

Qualifications For a Luxury Retail Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid security license
• First aid certification - Required
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in english
