Hitachi Energy est à la recherche d'un ou d'une spécialiste en planification/ordonnancement de projets qui se joindra à son équipe de ville Saint-Laurent, au Canada. Ce poste est essentiel pour soutenir la planification et l'exécution de projets complexes d'infrastructures énergétiques, notamment les systèmes HVDC qui sont indispensables pour répondre de manière durable à la demande mondiale croissante en énergie.

Votre impact

• Veiller à ce que les projets suivent une méthodologie et des pratiques d'exécution rigoureuses, conformément aux procédures standard internes.
• S'assurer qu'un calendrier intégré couvrant l'ensemble de l'éventail du projet soit fourni.
• Planification et ordonnancement : analyser les exigences du projet avec l'équipe de projet et vérifier que toutes les activités essentielles ont été identifiées de manière suffisamment détaillée pour servir de base à l'élaboration de calendriers de projet réalistes.
• Définir, en collaboration avec l'équipe de projet, les travaux du projet en fonction de la structure de répartition des coûts, élaborer et tenir à jour des calendriers correctement reliés, intégrés et chargés en fonction des rôles requis, ainsi que des calendriers de référence et actuels qui fournissent des données de référence, réelles et prévisionnelles, échelonnées dans le temps pour le projet.
• Assurer le suivi de l'avancement du projet et analyser régulièrement les chemins critiques afin de s'assurer que toutes les activités critiques et les étapes importantes du projet progressent conformément au plan. Informer les chefs de projet de tout écart ou problème de calendrier et fournir des informations pour optimiser les ressources.
  
  

Votre expérience

• 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des projets/de la planification, dont au moins 3 ans récents dans l'utilisation de Primavera P6.
• La personne retenue doit déjà disposer d'un permis de travail lui permettant de travailler pour Hitachi Energy au Canada.
• Professionnel dans des domaines connexes.

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Project Planning/Scheduling Specialist Professional to join its team in Saint-Laurent, Canada. This role is critical to supporting the planning and execution of complex energy infrastructure projects, including HVDC systems that are essential to meeting the growing global energy demand sustainably.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Ensures projects follow sound methodology and execution practices by internal standard procedures.
• Ensures that an integrated schedule for the project’s entire scope of work is provided.
• Planning and scheduling: Analyzes project requirements with project team, and checks that all essential work activities have been identified in sufficient detail to serve as a basis for developing realistic project schedules.
• Defines, jointly with the project team, project work aligned to the cost breakdown structure, develops, and maintains properly linked, required role loaded/integrated, baseline and current schedules that provide time-phased baseline, actual and forecast data for the project.
• Monitors project progress and regularly analyze critical paths to ensure all critical path activities and project milestones are progressing according to plan. Notifies Project Managers of any deviations or scheduling issues and provides input for optimizing resources.
  
  

Your Background

• 2-3 years of experience in Projects/Planning with a minimum of 3 recent years using Primavera P6.
• Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in Canada.
• Professional in related areas.
