Challenges to be met:Reporting to the Chief of Talent Acquisition, you play a strategic and proactive role in identifying, sourcing, and engaging top talent to meet the current and future needs of the organization. As a specialist in the job market and talent attraction trends, you are on the lookout for rare and strategic profiles, and you develop targeted talent pools in various professional fields.
With your mastery of technological tools, professional networks, and advanced sourcing techniques, you develop innovative strategies to proactively identify, approach, and engage talent. You actively contribute to diversifying attraction channels and continuously improving talent search practices, with a focus on inclusion and alignment with the employer brand.
More specifically, you will be called upon to:
- Advise and support managers in their recruitment efforts by proposing optimized selection processes and innovative talent attraction approaches;
- Design and implement targeted sourcing strategies to identify and mobilize diverse talent, whether they are actively or passively seeking opportunities, while ensuring alignment with the organization’s values and brand image;
- Act as an ambassador by continuously participating in networking events to proactively and actively represent the city to talent communities.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in human resource management, industrial relations, or business administration with a focus on human resources;
- Have eight (8) years of relevant work experience, ideally in a unionized environment and within a medium or large company, including proactive recruitment, sourcing, or talent hunting;
- Proficiency in tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS (SuccessFactors is an asset);
- Have excellent communication skills in French, both oral and written;
- Master the Microsoft Office suite;
- Possess a valid driver's license and a vehicle (travel within the Laval area is expected).
