As our new Project Coordinator, You're versatile, conscientious, and adept at bringing all the details together to make things happen. You'll be a committed member of our Parts & Service team, coordinating projects that drive ongoing business for our automated strapping and packing machinery. You're detail-oriented and thorough, and you prioritize service excellence -- not just to external customers but to your internal stakeholders too. You're a proactive problem solver and analytical thinker with an understanding of the numbers; able to prerpare quotes and sales orders, and track performance metrics. You have some experience in a production or service environment, and are open to learning while being part of a collaborative and energetic team.

About The Role

Our Parts & Service department is searching for a Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator will provide critical support to the department by managing key programs and initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, opeational efficiency, and profitability. This person serves as the bridge between customers, production, and engineering, ensuring projects are executed according to set timelines, scope, and margins.

The role is focused on three main areas: strapping head rebuilds, manufactured spares orders, and Power Beam cylinder manufacturing. Duties include overseeing scheduling, quoting, order processing, order tracking, materials release, and other administrative/organizational duties. Interpersonal communication skills are essential, as this role is in frequent communication with cross-functional teams and customers - both reactively and proactively.

While the strapping head rebuild program and manufactured spares have been a key part of our business success, the Power Beam Cylinder manufacturing program is a new business line; accordingly, this is a great opportunity to establishing new and efficient processes that will lead to additional profitability.

This is a customer-facing position with occassional soft sales and cross-training expected.

Qualifications

  • college diploma or equivalent experience (technical or business education preferred)
  • 3+ years experience in project coordination, production, or service support
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Epicor, HubSpot)
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • compent with data tracking, quoting, and margin analysis
