Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon

Island Health’s Department of Surgery, Division of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Nanaimo Regional General Hospital has a full-time position for a full-scope Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon.

Eligible candidates will hold FRCDc, have completed a minimum 4-year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and be eligible for Certified Specialist licensure with the College of Physicians of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia.

Surgical services are located at both a private community practice and at the Nanaimo Regional General Hospital (NRGH). The Nanaimo Regional General Hospital (356 acute care beds) enjoys state of the art operating rooms and serves an immediate population of 160,000 and a secondary referral population of over 350,000.
