The Role – Residential Sales Advisor
In this role, you’ll be the face of Polaron in local communities. You’ll engage with homeowners, spark conversations about solar energy, and guide them toward solutions that save money and protect the planet.
Key Responsibilities
You’re a driven, goal-oriented communicator who’s confident, energetic, and passionate about sustainability. Sales or customer service experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Educating families on the benefits of solar energy
- Assessing homes for solar potential
- Generating and qualifying leads
- Booking in-home or virtual consultations with our specialists
- Following up and building long-term relationships in the community
- Representing Polaron with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
- Outgoing, confident, and motivated by results
- Comfortable speaking with new people and knocking on doors
- Passionate about sustainability and helping others
- Previous sales, customer service, or D2D experience is an asset (but not required)
- Driven to learn, grow, and succeed in a fast-paced environment
You’re a driven, goal-oriented communicator who’s confident, energetic, and passionate about sustainability. Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
