About the Opportunity:

Now, we’re looking for a UX Designer who thrives on empathy, creativity, and problem-solving to design intuitive, engaging, and impactful digital experiences for our global audience.
Responsibilities:
- Design user experiences from concept to execution: Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile.
- Champion human-centered design: Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to uncover insights and validate solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape the product vision and translate business requirements into thoughtful design.
- Leverage cutting-edge tools & AI: Use Figma and FigJam for collaboration, design systems management, and prototyping—while exploring how AI-driven design tools can accelerate workflows and spark innovation.
- Manage design systems at scale: Maintain and evolve enterprise-level design systems to ensure consistency, accessibility, and efficiency across products.
- Identify and solve problems creatively: Spot usability issues, propose elegant solutions, and iterate quickly based on feedback.
- Design with scale in mind: Deliver experiences optimized for responsive and mobile-first environments across multiple devices and platforms.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of UX design experience, ideally with enterprise platforms or large-scale digital ecosystems.
- Expertise in Figma, FigJam, Figma Make, Adobe XD, and Creative Cloud (basic HTML/CSS skills are a strong asset).
- Experience managing design systems across teams and ensuring scalability in complex environments.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design (UCD), accessibility, and usability best practices.
- Familiarity with integrating AI tools into design and research workflows.
- Impeccable eye for detail and strong organizational skills—you can juggle multiple projects without losing focus on quality.
- Experience with user research, rapid prototyping, and design thinking frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills—you can clearly articulate design decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to translate abstract ideas into concrete, user-friendly designs.
