The Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced team that values accuracy, responsiveness, and excellent customer service. The CSR will be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring all orders, inquiries, and requests are handled professionally and efficiently. - Monday to Friday evening schedule 3 pm to 11 pm or 10 am to 6 pm

- Gain experience across order processing, customer communications, and administrative support
- Receive, process, and verify orders via email, web, or internal systems
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure high satisfaction levels
- Handle complaints and follow up to ensure resolution
- Coordinate with shipping/warehouse to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and data entry
- Assist in compiling reports and preparing correspondence as needed
- Build strong relationships with customers through open and professional communication
- Provide backup support for other members of the customer service team
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the organization
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- 3–5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a warehouse or order-processing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction while meeting business objectives
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to work independently
