Job Description We’re hiring a Campaign Manager - Growth Marketing to accelerate Sage’s fastest-growing region - North America - by driving growth marketing efforts for our Sage Intacct solution.

In this role, you’ll own the campaign strategy, planning, and performance for a specific vertical. You’ll plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that drive new customer acquisition and guide prospects through the full journey — from awareness and consideration to conversion. Using campaign data and insights, you’ll monitor performance, identify opportunities (what's not working), and recommend actions that improve results. You’ll work closely with our content and campaign-execution teams to deliver campaigns effectively, and collaborate with product marketing and sales teams to align campaign plans with go-to-market priorities and ultimately drive measurable pipeline growth.


Minimum Qualifications
  • 4 years of B2B marketing experience in campaign management or growth/performance marketing, ideally within software/SaaS.

  • Experience managing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns across channels such as - paid media, email, webinars, and associations - from campaign strategies, planning, execution to measurement and optimization.

  • Data-driven and analytical — you can can speak to tracking, measuring and optimizing campaign performance across the full funnel - from awareness to conversion — from lead to MQL through to SQL.

  • Proven experience using CRM and analytics tools (e.g. Salesforce, PowerBI or similar) to review performance and identify insights.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (product marketing and sales) to align on goals and improve performance.

  • Strong project management and prioritization skills; able to manage multiple campaign and meet deadlines.

  • Plan, manage and optimize campaigns across multiple channels - including paid, email, webinars, and associations - to attract and convert new customers.

  • Use campaign dashboards and analytics tools to monitor performance, identify gaps - what's not performing - and make recommendations to improve results.

  • Partner and collaborate with product marketing, sales, content and campaign execution teams to align strategy and execution with business goals.

  • Review performance regularly, take ownership of the results for your campaigns and contribute to improving conversion and pipeline growth

  • Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, education, and experience. Certain provinces in Canada require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range applicable to the role. For this role, in those locations, the target base salary range for new hires is C$95,000 to C$115,000. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in a bonus plan (15%) based on company and individual performance. Our talent acquisition team will provide specific opportunities on our bonus or incentive programs. The range listed is just one component of the Sage total compensation package.
