£39,000 - £45,000 plus benefits

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full time 35 hours per week

Location: Stratford, London . Office-based with high flexibility (1-2 days per week in the office)

Are you passionate about turning consumer data into actionable insights? We're looking for a Quantitative Insights Manager to lead high-impact research projects that shape strategy, optimise products, and uncover new opportunities.

You'll play a key role in building a centre of excellence for consumer and market research, supporting the Senior Manager to ensure our portfolio is audience-focused, data-informed, and future-ready.

What You'll be Doing:


  • Lead and project manage end-to-end quantitative research projects, ensuring projects have clear objectives, are delivered on-time and to brief, and that outputs are robust and actionable.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships, working closely to understand their insight requirements and advising on the best research approaches to meet their goals.
  • Analyse primary research and secondary data to uncover trends, new insights, and opportunities for strategic decision making.
  • Own our key insight tools and products, such as the Brand Tracker, ensuring they are optimised to deliver value across the organisation.
  • Manage external research agencies, ensuring quality, value, budget and timely delivery.
  • Collaborates with other teams within Data, Insight and Performance to create joined up insight stories.
  • Champions insight across the business, enabling colleagues to better understand our brand and audiences.


What We're Looking For:


  • Extensive experience in quantitative research using consumer data to gain brand, marketing, and audience insight and for commercial application. Familiarity with a range of methodologies, such as knowing when to use Conjoint vs MaxDiff. Brand tracking experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and visualisation. Must have proven statistical experience in SPSS/Q or equivalent.
  • Excellent project management and planning skills with ability to prioritise workload, manage ambiguity and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative working style with excellent stakeholder management skills, demonstrating the ability to engage, influence and negotiate with a range of stakeholder types.
  • Confident visual and written communicator who can communicate complex research findings with non-technical audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with an audience-first mindset and excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven track record in managing research agencies and delivering high-quality, cost-effective projects.
