Reporting to the Senior Director, Supply Chain, the Logistics Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing, reporting, and interpreting logistics data to identify trends, optimize operations, and support decision-making across warehousing, transportation, and related areas. The role focuses on developing data-driven solutions and providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve overall performance.

T&T Supermarket Inc. was founded in 1993 with two stores in BC. Since then, it has expanded rapidly and is now Canada’s largest Asian supermarket chain with 37 stores across the country: 14 in BC, 7 in Alberta, 14 in Ontario, and 2 in Quebec. The Company’s continuous expansion is going to bring more new stores in the next couple of years.

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (ERP, WMS, inventory, suppliers, transportation, etc.) to evaluate logistics performance.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, inventory turnover, lead time, and supplier performance.
  • Develop and automate dashboards and reports using Power BI or Excel to communicate insights effectively.
  • Build forecasting and analytical models to support demand, supply, and inventory planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Logistics, Operations, Finance) to ensure data-driven decisions.
  • Support process improvement initiatives through automation, workflow optimization, and tool development to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, VBA, macros) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Working knowledge of forecasting, statistical analysis, and process optimization techniques.
  • Other preferred technical skills include SQL and Python
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and exposure to supply chain, logistics, or sourcing functions are highly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable insights.
  • Excellent in spoken and written English.
  • Able to communicate with Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset.

Shift

5-day work week (Monday to Friday), 9:00am – 5:30pm
