Position overview

Stay22 is an AI-driven monetization platform for travel publishers, creators, and platforms. We help partners diversify revenue without compromising reader experience.

We are looking for a Junior Product Marketer to join the marketing team and support our go-to-market initiatives. This role will report directly to the Product Marketer and will focus on executing product positioning, partner enablement, and campaign support. The Junior Product Marketer will gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration and play a key role in ensuring Stay22’s products are clearly and consistently represented to publishers, platforms, and partners.

Key responsibilities

Product Marketing Support

• Assist in developing product positioning and messaging that highlights Stay22’s value to partners.

• Support creation of sales collateral, pitch decks, one-pagers, and product sheets.

• Help maintain and update product-related content on the website and in marketing materials.

Go-to-Market Execution

• Support the rollout of new product features by preparing launch communications, internal briefs, and partner-facing assets.

• Assist in competitive research and market analysis to keep product positioning up to date.

• Help coordinate cross-functional inputs (from product, sales, and customer success) for launches and campaigns.

Content & Enablement

• Contribute to blog posts, case studies, newsletters, and other product-related content.

• Gather insights from internal teams and partners to identify gaps and opportunities in messaging.

• Maintain a library of marketing and enablement assets for easy access by sales and customer-facing teams.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track performance of product marketing assets and campaigns, compiling insights for the Product Marketer.

• Assist in collecting partner feedback to refine messaging and materials.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role (internships included).

• Strong writing and communication skills.

• Basic understanding of product marketing concepts (positioning, GTM, messaging).

• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects.

• Eager to learn and grow within a tech marketing environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with travel and affiliate industries.

• Familiarity with HubSpot.
