What You’ll Do

As our Parts Supervisor, you’ll oversee the daily operations of our parts and accessories department, ensuring smooth processes, excellent customer experiences, and efficient inventory management.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Leading and mentoring a small team
• Managing stock receiving, special orders, inventory control, and reporting
• Overseeing merchandising and supporting marketing promotions in the parts and camping store
• Providing outstanding customer service in-store, over the phone, and in coordination with service and distribution partners
• Building strong relationships with customers, distributors, and service centers
• Handling administrative tasks such as database updates, A/R reports, and reconciliations
• Monitoring sales performance, identifying lost sales opportunities, and improving efficiency
  
  

What You Bring

• Proven customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of mechanical/electrical parts (RV or automotive experience is a strong asset)
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team
• Proficiency with inventory systems
• A positive attitude, initiative, and a drive to succeed
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• $25–$27/hour, based on experience
