Purchasing & Logistics Administrator

Responsible for company wide product procurement and logistics, the Purchasing Team establishes, negotiates and manages contract and supply agreements while sourcing new vendors and managing supply chain, distribution and inventory management of broadline distributors.

YOU ARE:

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• An excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
• Positive, service-oriented, and willing to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
• A team player with a proactive mindset and a genuine willingness to learn.
• Educated in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field, or bring equivalent experience.
• Someone with previous administrative experience (an asset but not required).

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Providing administrative support to the purchasing and logistics team, including managing shared inboxes.
• Maintaining up-to-date records of suppliers, contract pricing, and inventory data.
• Assisting in tracking orders and deliveries to ensure on-time and accurate fulfillment.
• Communicating professionally with restaurant operations and suppliers to resolve inquiries and issues promptly.
• Creating, updating, and maintaining spreadsheets and reports for purchasing and logistics activities.
• Helping identify process improvements and contributing to overall team efficiency.

• Provide compensation between $50,000 to $60,000. The compensation package for this role takes various factors into consideration including market rates, experience, and qualifications
