Schedule 12+ Hours per day, 10 & 4, OT after 8 hours/day or 44 hours/week

Requirements
- Full complement of hand tools.
- CSA approved steel toed boots with 6” ankle support
- Valid Driver’s License
- Drug and alcohol testing which may be swab or urine depending on site requirements
- WCB and proof of liability of $5 million coverage
- Successful completion of Company Orientation and site-specific orientation
- Must be a Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician (HET) with Red Seal - Off Road or equivalent
- Must have between 10-15 years' Journeyperson experience
- Off Road HDM experience is REQUIRED
- Mining/logging/construction background is preferred
- Experience with CAT E.T. and S.I.S. and/or Komatsu is REQUIRED
- Problem solver, ability to read/troubleshoot and diagnose using hydraulic and electronic schematics
- Quality workmanship, takes pride in their work
- Exceptional organization and cleanliness skills are REQUIRED
- 4x4 service truck, equipped with a minimum 5000 lbs. crane
- Air compressor and welding capabilities
- Laptop with all service programs
- Ensure equipment is maintained at the highest standards, in a timely manner
- Conduct performance and quality checks according to procedure
- Perform preventative maintenance, repair, and overhauls
