About APOLLO
APOLLO is Canada’s leading insurtech. Our platform launched in 2019 and has since become a major player in the Canadian fintech landscape, providing Canadians with comprehensive and cost-effective tenant and small business insurance. We replace the traditionally painful paper-based, manual insurance buying process with a simple and immediate digital ecommerce experience, in line with modern customers’ expectations.
We are a team of empowered and driven individuals who are committed to building a great company at the forefront of disrupting a $5 trillion dollar global industry.
This position offers a chance for the right candidate to make a significant impact alongside an integrated, dynamic team committed to innovation and shaping the future. We’re humbled to have won multiple awards and recognition including Insurance Business Canada’s 5-Star MGA 2025, Prestige Awards Insurance Provider of the Year 2025, Proptech30 2025, Insurance Business Canada’s 5-Star Claims 2024, Insurance Business Canada’s Top Insurance Employer 2022 & 2021 and Digital Innovator of the Year 2022, Insurance-Canada.ca’s 2021 Technology Award, and LinkedIn’s Top Startups 2021.
What You’ll Deliver
APOLLO Insurance is looking for a Partner Success Coordinator to provide support to the Partner Success team, who owns management of the Property Management/ REIT partnerships. As we continue to grow, we're building a Partner Success team that ensures our partners have a seamless and high-impact experience with our platform. We’re looking for a junior-level Partner Success Coordinator who can own the operational side of Partner Success — handling day-to-day partner support tickets, resolving tech and data-related issues, and supporting the team with critical reporting and operational tasks.
This is a growth role: you’ll start by managing high-volume tactical work and evolve into owning relationships with a small portfolio of low-complexity partners as you ramp up.
Skills And Qualifications
We believe it starts with our PEOPLE.
The APOLLO values: Courage, Adventure, Integrity, Candor and Desire.
Integrity - You do what you say you’ll do, own it if you can’t, and achieve greatness by working with a high moral standard.
Candor - You are open to ideas and are objective in your thinking.
Adventure - You are passionately curious, constantly seeking the unknown and pushing the boundaries of what is possible.
Desire - You want things to be better. For our clients, suppliers, investors, co-workers,
family, community, and ourselves. Greatness matters.
Courage - You are not held back by fear. You will explore any idea and take on any challenge in pursuit of great opportunity.
APOLLO believes in a team approach where all members have equal opportunity to voice ideas to advance the company and our stakeholders. A collaborative approach, strong initiative, and a desire to achieve greatness are crucial qualities we look for in teammates.
