The Procurement Services team at Simon Fraser University manages the acquisition of goods and services in line with SFU's Procurement, Signing Authority, and Ethical Procurement policies. We provide strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier management, and procurement guidance to all university departments and faculties. The team leads competitive bidding processes (RFPs, ITTs, RFQs) and ensures purchasing is transparent, efficient, and aligned with SFU priorities. By promoting ethical, sustainable, and cost-effective practices, we support the university's goals of accountability and excellence. About the Role

Integrity, ethical decision-making, and a commitment to sustainable, value-driven procurement are essential.
