Finish Dozer / Excavator Operators at SITE Resource Group Limited Partnership

Job Overview

We are recruiting for Dozer / Excavator Operators (Finishing). Strong communication skills are essential for coordinating with the construction team, with a focus on adhering to project specifications and safety regulations. The role requires a good understanding of construction operations, physical stamina, and the ability to interpret site plans.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform daily inspections of equipment prior to operation.
• Abide by all Safety standards and codes.
• Follow directions that are spoken or delivered by hand signals of ground crew members.
• Perform other related tasks as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a dozer / excavator operator.
• Experience with finishing work and GPS knowledge is an asset.
• Knowledge of land clearing methods, heavy equipment operation and industry requirements
• Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing as well as background check.
• Must be fit-for-duty.
• Good communication skills in English
• Class 5 driver’s license
• Must be immediately eligible/able to work in Canada.
