Description
- Coordinate and oversee on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
 - Communicate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth operations.
 - Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
 - Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and address any issues that arise on-site.
 - Manage site resources and ensure optimal allocation of materials and labour.
 - Assist in resolving any on-site challenges or delays promptly and effectively.
 - Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and reports.
 - Ensure quality standards are met throughout all construction phases.
 - Support active infrastructure and WWTP projects across Ontario (travel required)
 - Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to keep sites running smoothly
 - Assist with site documentation, safety compliance, and quality control
 - Act as a liaison between field teams, project managers, and clients

Profile
A successful Site Coordinator should have:
- 3+ years of experience in ICI or infrastructure construction, ideally with MEP exposure
 - Familiarity with WWTP systems, processes, or municipal infrastructure builds
 - Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
 - Willingness to travel throughout Ontario (overnight stays may be required)
 - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
