Vinyl Assembler at Pattison ID

Key Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for vinyl application (Cleaning , Measuring , Layout , Masking )

Apply cut vinyl and digital print to flat and curved surfaces

Weed , Mask, and assemble vinyl graphics according to design files .

Inspect finished work for quality , accuracy, and alignment .

Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment .

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience in vinyl application or sign production preferred
• Strong attention to detail and steady hands for precise work
• Ability to read and interpret work orders , drawings, and measurements
• Comfortable using hand tools , squeegees and cutting equipment , will be trained on the Rollover machine for applications as well
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and working and standing for extended periods
