Ford Motor Company of Canada, Limited is a national manufacturer and distributor of automobiles and automotive service parts headquartered in Oakville, Ontario and is an integral part of the international Ford Motor Company organization.

Work Location: Oakville

Work Model: Hybrid, 4 days in office per week

Responsibilities

• This position will play a role in supporting many of our key Marketing initiatives by working in partnership with our program managers to bring new ideas to life and evaluate success of existing programs.
• Potential projects could include:
• Dealer pilot of our new vehicle eCommerce platform – support launch of pilot and developing national roll out plan (Dealer enrollment and training).
• Social media Influencer program – evaluate current program & approach, support transition to new group of Influencers, make recommendations for future campaigns.
• New to Canada advertising strategy – review and evaluate effectiveness of current national & regional strategies to help build recommendations for future program evolution.
• National EV Consumer test Drive Program – project management and working with marketing vendor to ensure continued success of this program.
• Other projects as required.
• Lead the MCRP (modular control review process) for Marketing Communications by independently testing, documenting, and seeking leadership approval, effectively using a strong project plan and training resources to ensure corporate compliance.
  
  

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Graduate Business degree (B.Comm, BBA, or MBA) in progress
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Ability to deliver assignments with a value-add mind-set
• Automotive work and previous work experience considered an asset
