The role is full time and permanent, working 36 hours per week. However, we are supportive of flexible working options, including the possibility of a job share. In this role, you'll take ownership of a wide variety of ER cases, from complex investigations to performance and capability matters, providing expert advice that drives fair, consistent and people-focused outcomes. You'll be joining a supportive team where your voice is valued, your expertise is recognised, and you'll have the chance to make a real impact in shaping a positive workplace culture.As a People Adviser, you will be the first point of contact for all employee relations matters, providing clear, practical and solution-focused advice to managers and employees. You will oversee a broad range of ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, TUPE and performance issues to name but a few, ensuring that all processes are managed fairly, consistently and in line with company policies and employment law.
