Fountain Tire St. Albert, an established automotive repair shop, is looking for a responsible, safe, and dedicated associate to join our team as a Tire Service Foreman!

- Providing guidance and expertise to other tire service associates to ensure proper and safe work procedures are being completed and adhered to
- You will coordinate work assignments, provide feedback, and escalate issues to supervisor for remedy.
- Something different! You never know what kind of vehicle or tire you may be required to work on
- You could be inspecting, installing, balancing, rotating, and/or repairing truck, farm, industrial and/or OTR tires
- Amazing customers to impress with your professional and friendly customer service
- This position will oversee and dispatch service trucks
- Ensuring associates are conducting themselves in a safe and professional manner
- Following Fountain Tire safety policies and guidelines
- Pride in the work you've done keeping your customers safe and on the road!
- Potential to move to into a Sales/Management role in the future for the right person, advancement is not limited
- We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of previous experience as a Tire Technician
- A working knowledge of passenger and light truck tires, specialty tire services and wheels is required
- A customer-service focus with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members and customers
- A keen attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license and provide a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to consistently lift 25 kilograms
