Position Details
- Lead the implementation and coordination of Lethbridge Polytechnic’s multi-year campaign, advancing institutional priorities in program growth, facilities, and student success.
- Coordinate campaign timeliness, milestones and deliverables across all phases to ensure progress and accountability.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and institutional leadership to align strategy and communications.
- Manage a small portfolio of donors and support cultivation, solicitation and stewardship efforts.
- Support campaign volunteers, committees and working groups, providing materials and support for effective management.
- Track, analyze and report on campaign results through CRM tools and related systems to maintain transparency and data integrity.
- Support internal coordination, campaign events and communication that foster a culture of philanthropy across campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in project management, business administration, communications or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement or development-related work within a complex organization
- Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver multi-phase projects that align people, timelines and outcomes
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with experience engaging donors, volunteers or community partners
- Proven organizational and analytical skills including budget management, forecasting and process improvement
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and comfort using data to inform decisions and report progress
- Exceptional professionalism, adaptability and judgment in managing confidential and sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting fundraising or advancement initiatives within a post-secondary or non-profit environment
- Familiarity with stakeholder relations, stewardship and project management practices
- Knowledge of philanthropic trends and campaign best practices
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems for donor tracking and reporting
