Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Adult Day Service Worker to join our dedicated and energetic team at Moberly Park Manor in Revelstoke!
Your Role:
As an Adult Day Service Worker, you will play a vital role in meeting the needs of our clients by assisting them in carrying out established programs and daily living tasks. You'll implement and participate in various activities tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients, providing demonstrations and adapting activities as necessary. Additionally, you'll be responsible for setting up and organizing equipment for programs and events, ensuring our clients have a fulfilling and enjoyable experience.
Casual Employment Opportunities:
Join our Adult Day Services team as a casual employee, where you’ll enjoy variety, gain valuable experience, and have the chance to grow your career. Work hours range from 0 to 37.5 per week, with shifts available on short notice or pre-scheduled to cover leaves. Many of our team members start in casual roles and transition into permanent positions. - Grade 12
- Completion of an Activity Assistant Program, and one year recent related experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
