We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead and contribute to advanced machine learning initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, building scalable models, and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve real-world business challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.
  • Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Lead experimentation and model validation efforts, ensuring robustness and scalability.
  • Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the growth of the data science team.
  • Stay current with the latest research and trends in machine learning and AI.

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (PhD or Master’s) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of work experience as a Data Scientist with experience at all levels of the ML pipeline involving very large databases.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL and ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Solid understanding of statistical modeling, supervised and unsupervised learning, and deep learning techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in deploying models to production environments.
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools.
  • Experience with time-series models, XG Boost, churn prediction, customer segmentation and clustering techniques.
