Brand Ambassador – Hero Cosmetics x Batiste Sampling Activation

About The Role

We’re hiring 10 energetic Brand Ambassadors to represent Hero Cosmetics and Batiste during an exciting co-branded sampling activation inside Union Station. This high-traffic event is a chance to connect with commuters and holiday shoppers, share samples, and deliver engaging product messaging that leaves a lasting impression.

Position Details

Location: Union Station Kiosk (Toronto, ON)

Contract Dates: November 26th to December 2nd 2025

Training: November 20, 2025 from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM (In-person)

Schedule & Hours: Brand Ambassadors will work every other day between November 26 – December 2, 2025

Approximate Shift Times

• Nov 26: 5:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Nov 27: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Nov 28: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• Nov 29: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• Nov 30: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• Dec 1: 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  
  

Team Structure

• 10 Brand Ambassadors total (5 per day)
• 2 Backup Ambassadors (on-call for first 3 hours daily)
  
  

Compensation

• Hourly Rate: $22–$24/hour
• Backup Rate: $50/day (on-call for first 3 hours; if activated, hourly rate applies)

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with commuters and holiday shoppers to sample Hero Cosmetics and Batiste products
• Communicate key brand messaging clearly and confidently
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized sampling area
• Report sample counts and consumer feedback daily to Team Leads
• Manage line-ups and ensure smooth flow of traffic at the kiosk
• Follow all event safety, hygiene, and brand guidelines

• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Comfortable standing for extended periods in a busy environment
• Previous experience in sampling, events, or promotional marketing preferred
