About The Role

At VitaminLab, our mission is to become the most accessible personalized supplement solution in the practitioner space. As our Vice President of Sales, you will be the architect and driver of that mission - responsible for leading the strategy, people, and partnerships that fuel our next stage of growth.

You’ll oversee all aspects of the practitioner sales function - from acquisition and onboarding to relationship management and retention - while also leading strategic initiatives that expand our reach and elevate our brand in the market.

Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the executive team, you’ll bring a rare combination of strategic vision, data fluency, and people-centered leadership. You’ll empower a talented sales organization, implement scalable systems, and ensure that our growth is both profitable and purposeful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and scale the practitioner sales team - setting a high bar for performance, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Design and execute a comprehensive growth strategy across acquisition, onboarding, and long-term account success.
  • Build and optimize sales systems, processes, and reporting to create clarity, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Coach and mentor sales team using proven sales systems.
  • Elevate CRM capabilities (HubSpot), leveraging automation, analytics, and data-driven forecasting to inform strategy.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with practitioner networks, testing companies, and health technology providers.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to align go-to-market initiatives and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Represent VitaminLab at industry conferences and events, serving as a thought leader and champion for personalized health.
  • Use data insights to forecast trends, track performance, and continuously refine sales approaches.
  • Foster a solutions-oriented culture where challenges become catalysts for innovation and growth.
  • Lead by example - combining strategic foresight with hands-on leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, ideally within B2B, wellness, or healthcare sectors.
  • Proven success leading high-performing teams through growth, change, and scaling phases while leading with empowerment and trust.
  • Proven ability to scale revenue, systems and teams from $10 million to 35 million+.
  • Ability to build revenue systems and sales processes with SDR, Account Executives and Account Managers.
  • Deep expertise with CRM systems (HubSpot strongly preferred) and data analytics tools for forecasting and performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships that drive long-term, sustainable revenue growth.
  • Skilled in consultative, emotionally intelligent selling, and able to coach teams on understanding buyer motivation and behavior.
  • Communicate with transparency and empathy, fostering a culture of collaboration, clarity, and mutual respect.
  • Adept at working cross-functionally to align business priorities and ensure unified execution.
  • Strategic yet hands-on - equally comfortable crafting vision and diving into the details.
  • A genuine passion for health, innovation, and purpose-driven business.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Victoria, BC for in-person leadership and engagement with the team.

Compensation

  • Base Pay Range: $120,000-130,000/annually
  • This role includes a highly competitive performance-based bonus structure designed to reward growth, leadership, and impact.
  • Individual salaries within these ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and work location.
