We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable (A/P) Associate to join our finance team. In this full-time, regular role at our Head Office in Abbotsford, BC, you will process non-payroll accounts payable, ensure timely and accurate payments, and maintain strong financial controls in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable (A/P) Associate to join our finance team. In this full-time, regular role at our Head Office in Abbotsford, BC, you will process non-payroll accounts payable, ensure timely and accurate payments, and maintain strong financial controls in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Process and code high volumes of invoices across various categories (operating expenses, service work orders, parts, brokerage, courier/freight, internal driver payments)
- Prepare spreadsheets and allocate fuel expenses
- Administer company MasterCards and approve monthly statements in Concur
- Manage yearly lease documents, property taxes, and credit applications
- Prepare cheques, EFT batches, USD wires, F&I product payments, CBSA, and brokerage payments
- Perform vendor reconciliations, maintain records, and investigate billing discrepancies
- Conduct daily bank reconciliations and support vacation coverage within the A/P team
- Prepare monthly GST reports and annual PST reports
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all financial records
- Strong work ethic, accountability, and dependability
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- High accuracy and attention to detail while handling high-volume transactions
- Ethics and integrity in handling confidential financial information
- 2–3 years of direct A/P experience
- Strong ability to calculate, post, correct, and manage accounting figures
- Able to perform moderate to complex account reconciliations
- Basic knowledge of accounting systems, budgets, and internal controls
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Teams); IDS Astra/G2 is an asset
- Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills
- Strong relationship-building skills across teams and departments
