The Role

We are looking for a skilled Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team at Manning Elliott LLP in Abbotsford. This individual will play a key role in providing administrative assistance to our Partners and production team, as well as handling client reception duties. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, possess strong organizational skills, and exhibit excellent communication abilities. Reception

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, delivering a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Manage incoming calls, mail, and correspondence efficiently.

Administrative Support

  • Provide accurate word processing and distribution of correspondence, engagement drafts, and final documents.
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks, intra-office coordination, and preparation of proposal packages.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that promote efficiency and effectiveness.

What You Bring

Experience: 1–3 years of administrative support experience, ideally within a professional services environment.

Skills

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities, able to juggle multiple priorities seamlessly.
  • Proven accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness in handling unexpected situations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion with sensitive information.
