Social Media Manager

We are looking for acreative and results-driven Social Media Manager to support our team in building, managing, and optimizing lead-generation campaigns. This role requires strong execution skills, critical thinking, and the ability to craft effective drip campaigns that successfully convert leads into clients.

The ideal candidate has experience in campaign management, excellent copywriting skills, and the ability to analyze performance data for continuous improvement. This is a long-term role with clear opportunities for growth and career development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute multi-channel drip campaigns (email, social media, ads)
  • Write and design engaging content including email copy, social posts, ads, and landing page text
  • Manage campaigns using email marketing and automation tools (e.g., Go High Level or similar)
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to refine messaging, cadence, and targeting
  • Collaborate with the internal team to align campaigns with sales and brand objectives
  • Maintain CRM records, track leads, and manage follow-up sequences

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience creating and executing sales/marketing campaigns
  • Proven success in generating leads and conversions through drip campaigns
  • Strong copywriting skills across email, social, ads, and landing pages
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Self-starter, proactive, and able to manage deadlines independently
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Stable internet connection with backup preferred

Technical Requirements:

  • USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
  • Working Webcam
  • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM (minimum)
  • Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps (cable connection preferred)
  • Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
