We are seeking a Head of Sales & Services to lead our Canadian operations, drive commercial performance, and ensure world-class customer service.

The typical base pay range for this position will be communicated during the phone screen. GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States.
The pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for the position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. You may be eligible for additional rewards.

Your Responsibilities Include
- Strategic Planning & Goal Setting Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives, define long-term targets, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Team Leadership & Management Lead, mentor, and develop the sales and service teams, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure both individual and team success.
- Sales Operations Management Oversee departments and regional directors, manage budgets, and allocate resources to achieve objectives.
- Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence Identify opportunities through research and market analysis, adjust strategies based on trends and performance metrics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to drive overall growth.
- Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting Analyze sales KPIs, prepare reports for executive leadership, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Talent Development Identify and coach key talent to support growth and retention.
- Sales Process Optimization Continuously improve sales methods and tools to maximize efficiency and results.
- Business Development Represent GEA at industry events and develop strategies to enter new markets.
- Compliance Ensure all activities are carried out in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (MBA an asset).
- Proven experience in sales, operations, and team leadership with measurable revenue growth results.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in separation/centrifuge equipment is an asset.
- Bilingualism (French/English) strongly preferred.
