We are seeking a passionate, results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team!
What You'll Do
- Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective talent strategies.
- Expand sourcing methods to attract both active and passive candidates through networking, social media, and community partnerships.
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment including postings, interviews, and reference checks with precision and professionalism.
- Guide candidates seamlessly from offer to onboarding, ensuring every interaction reflects the O’Regan’s brand.
- Build and maintain relationships within the business community and industry associations to support long-term recruitment needs.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to ensure goals are met and processes are continuously improved.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills — you’re approachable, engaging, and professional.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results.
- Knowledge of interviewing and selection techniques, as well as marketing and networking strategies.
- Flexibility to work outside of traditional hours when needed to maintain industry connections.
- Previous experience in recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is an asset.
