Our client is hiring a Senior IT Scrum Master. This is a hybrid role in Montreal.

Responsibilities:

Lead multiple Scrum teams through the full software development lifecycle using Agile best practices.
Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives to keep teams aligned and productive.
Remove obstacles that block progress and ensure smooth delivery of high-quality products.
Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across teams.
Collaborate with Product Owners, IT, QA, Security, and Change Management to deliver impactful software solutions.

Experience:
8+ years as a certified Scrum Master leading Agile teams to deliver complex technology initiatives.
Expert in Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Kanban systems to enhance visibility, collaboration, and delivery.
Strong collaborator across business, technical, and vendor teams, driving alignment and accountability.
Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile frameworks.
Skilled in facilitating workshops, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Hands-on background in software development and IT/business analysis to bridge technical and business perspectives.
