What you will do?

• Perform rough and finished carpentry work, including fitting and installing trim, doors, stairs, moulding, hardware,
• Repair and refinish furniture
• Perform finished carpentry for cabinets and other items
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and plans to complete work accurately.
• Carry out general maintenance tasks such as minor plumbing, painting, ceiling work, window/door installation,
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks and keep accurate records.
• Respond promptly to service requests and emergencies, including occasional after-hours calls.
• Maintain positive client and tenant relations by providing professional, courteous, and efficient service.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Carpenter Journeyman certificate.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in facility operations or carpentry/maintenance.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment under pressure, and solve problems quickly.
• Ability to read and apply technical plans.
• Physically fit: able to crouch, kneel, lift 25+ kg, and perform hands-on tasks for extended periods.
• Must own a full set of carpentry tools (e.g., belt sander, hammer drill, table saw, skill saw).
