Position Summary
In a dynamic environment characterized by continuous organic growth and acquisitions, the Treasury Analyst will be based at our head office in Laval, Quebec. This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring 3-4 days per week on-site, and reports to the Treasury Director.
The Treasury Analyst will support the management of the company’s cash flow, banking relationships and financial risk. This role will play a key role in daily cash operations, forecasting and treasury-related projects.

The Treasury Analyst will support the management of the company’s cash flow, banking relationships and financial risk. This role will play a key role in daily cash operations, forecasting and treasury-related projects.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse the global cash position report, and ensure adequate liquidity across entities
- Assist in developing a short-term cash flow forecast
- Act as a treasury liaison for business units, supporting their treasury needs, such as bank account management, onboarding new services/products and assist with process optimization
- Develop, maintain and enhance treasury reports, including dashboards, debt and financial instruments follow-up
- Support risk management activities, including executing foreign exchange (FX) trades, as needed
- Participate in the administration of banking platforms and credit card programs
- Contribute to the preparation of quarterly compliance certificates
- Collaborate with the accounting team during monthly financial close regarding treasury-related matters
- Participate in various processes such as the budget, the external audit and the cash repatriation process
- Engage in various treasury projects and contribute to the development and continuous improvement of treasury policies and procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
- A related professional designation or a Master’s Degree is considered an asset
- 1-3 years of relevant experience; experience in an international, multi-currency environment is an asset
- Detail oriented and well organized, strong analytical skills, advanced Excel knowledge, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, rigorous and proactive
- Fluency in written & spoken English and French, Spanish is an asset.
