Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update daily cash flow forecast models, including inflows from accounts receivable and outflows for accounts payable, payroll, and other expenditures.
  • Prepare and present weekly AR aging summaries.
  • Identify and analyze variances between forecasted and actual cash flows to improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Monitor and report on DSO, collection efficiency, and overdue trends, providing insights into customer payment behavior and cash cycle performance.
  • Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to coordinate payment planning and collection timing.
  • Support the Treasury Controller in working capital management
  • Assist with funding requirements, borrowing base calculations, and related treasury reporting for lenders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA or CFA certification is an asset.
  • 2–4 years of experience in treasury, cash management, financial analysis, or corporate finance.
  • Strong understanding of cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and liquidity planning.
  • Proficient in financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite, and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
  • Experience preparing AR aging reports and analyzing DSO / collection efficiency metrics.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional coordination with Accounting, Operations, and Treasury teams.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with funding requirements, borrowing base calculations, and treasury reporting processes is preferred.
  • Demonstrated initiative in improving forecasting models and cash cycle performance
