Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery & Facilitation
- Facilitate high-quality learning sessions, workshops, and programs (both virtual and in-person) for employees across the organization.
- Use adult learning principles to create dynamic, learner-centered experiences that encourage participation, knowledge sharing, and skill application.
- Adapt facilitation style and delivery methods to suit diverse audiences and learning formats (e.g., classroom, virtual, blended).
- Build an inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environment that encourages confidence and collaboration.
- Gather and analyze participant feedback to measure learning impact and continuously improve delivery and session effectiveness.
- Partner with instructional designers and subject matter experts to understand course objectives, learning outcomes, and desired performance improvements.
- Prepare and customize facilitator guides, presentation materials, and participant resources as needed.
- Coordinate training logistics including scheduling, communications, and participant engagement before, during, and after sessions.
- Support onboarding and skills development initiatives by facilitating core and specialized training programs.
- Collaborate closely with Learning & Development and business partners to identify training needs and recommend learning solutions.
- Provide insights and feedback from learners and sessions to enhance future program design and delivery.
- Contribute to the development of new learning programs and initiatives that align with business goals and organizational culture.
- Stay current on learning trends, facilitation techniques, and tools to continually elevate the learning experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in facilitating corporate training or professional development programs.
- Proven ability to engage audiences through confident facilitation, storytelling, and discussion-based learning.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and best practices for virtual and classroom facilitation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Skilled at managing group dynamics and creating an inclusive, motivating learning environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and sessions.
- (Asset) Experience with instructional design, eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate Rise/Storyline, Camtasia), and learning management systems.
