THE ROLE
The HRIS Projects Quality Specialist will provide critical support to ensure the successful implementation of the organization's new Human Capital Management and Payroll Solution.
They will bring a deep background knowledge of Workday, with specific expertise in testing Workday's Payroll functionality.
This is a hands-on role, working with a large cross functional team, in which you will exercise your knowledge and skills daily. If you are passionate about HR & Payroll technology and want to be part of a team who is becoming the orchestrator of digital innovation, this is the opportunity for you.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
Education, Certifications and Licenses
College diploma or certificate in Human Resources, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field AND several years of experience in systems analysis, data administration, and general human resources requirements and management, or in a related field
Experience
In implementing or upgrading Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and applications
In working with an integrated HR/Payroll System
In help desk support
In problem analysis and resolution
In preparing documents
In developing training materials and delivering training
Competencies
Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
English Essential or French Essential, Bilingual (English and French) an asset
Reading: Advanced
Writing: Functional
Oral: Functional
