Access Wellbeing Services (AWS) is a social enterprise division of Centrecare Incorporated, delivering mental health and wellbeing services to organisations across Western Australia. Role Overview

This flexible part-time (22.8 hours per week) position is based in Perth CBD, reports to the Clinical Services Manager and working closely with the Business Executive.

This is a newly created role within AWS with responsibility to coordinate and oversee the delivery of training offerings to our customer organisations. The role will work with internal and external stakeholders to assess and document training needs, recommend appropriate options, and coordinate the scheduling and delivery of training workshops.

The position will also maintain and grow AWS’s pool of qualified trainers, ensuring they hold the appropriate credentials, skills, and alignment with Centrecare’s values. Working as part of a small and supportive team, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to Centrecare’s mission of promoting mental health and wellbeing across Western Australian workplaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, promote, and support the delivery of workplace training workshops for AWS EAP customers.
  • Liaise with customer representatives to assess and document training needs, recommend appropriate options, and coordinate scheduling and logistics.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships, ensuring responsiveness and high satisfaction.
  • Coordinate the recruitment and management of qualified trainers, ensuring they maintain suitable credentials, skills, and alignment with Centrecare’s values.
  • Assist with developing, reviewing, and updating training materials and presentations as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of training delivery, participation, and feedback. Contribute to monthly reporting processes for managers and programs.
  • Provide assistance to senior employees and undertake duties of a specialised nature within the scope of the role.
  • Promote training services to new and existing customers in collaboration with business development.

Selection Criteria

  • Minimum Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or a related field.
  • Previous experience in training coordination, administration, or program support.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital platforms for scheduling and reporting.
  • Valid Western Australia Working with Children Check.
  • Valid Western Australia driver’s licence.
  • Valid National Police Clearance
