About The Role
Our HR team supports Intact Insurance Canada’s managers and employees on a daily basis, from coast to coast. We strive to build strong relationships, offer sound advice at the right time, and significantly contribute to the establishment of a culture of engagement and development within our organization.
We are looking for an HR Coordinator, whose mandate will be to support the HR team in terms of HR annual Cycle, initiatives and projects, as well as the Change Management team in gathering & maintaining accurate data, monitoring change and helping the business with change tools.

What You'll Do Here
Daily Support for the HR Team:
- Assist the team in various human resource cycles (recruitment, talent management, performance management)
- Conduct preliminary analyses of HR data and produce reports, in collaboration with our analytics experts, to support projects or for elements of the annual HR cycle (turnover, absenteism, demographics, engagement survey comments, etc.)
- Handle open HR tickets for the team and ensure follow-ups: provide a first level analysis and response to tickets
- Support Advisors with exit interviews and disciplinary action letters, record information, and produce trend reports.
- Interact with various stakeholders (Directors and Senior Directors) to gather information on ongoing or upcoming change management projects
- Maintain the master file of change initiatives and ensure its follow-up and integrity
- Create and produce various reports with data relevant to ongoing projects
- Organize and facilitate the logistics of training sessions conducted by the change management team
- Research and gather internal and external information related to quarterly updates
- Structure, organize, and update our documentation database (Teams Channel, hierarchy, file archiving, monitoring access rules/participants)
- Coordinate the team's meeting calendar, prepare agendas, and document meetings
- Act as a super user of our tools and platforms and help develop the team’s knowledge of these tools
- Research and gather information to support various HR projects
- Perform simple translations (with the help of technological tools
- Review and format Word documents and create impactful PowerPoint presentations for all audiences, including executives
- Participate in planning and logistics related to HR initiatives
- University degree in Industrial Relations or Human Resources Management or a combination of education and relevant experience (in progress or obtained)
- CRHA or CPHR designation an asset
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in administrative support to a human resources team
- Analytical skills, organizational ability, rigor, and prioritization capacity
- Strong interest in systems/technology
- Demonstrated competence with Excel and Powerpoint, comfort with the Office 365 suite
- Critical thinking, curiosity, initiative
- Effective communication
- Ethics and integrity
- Bilingualism in English and French is required considering the need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
