What You’ll Do
- Design and produce high-aesthetic, full-arch and implant restorations using 3Shape, DTX, and Blender platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the Production Supervisor to drive efficiency and workflow improvements.
- Communicate directly with dentists and clients to troubleshoot, plan, and support complex cases.
- Support a mostly digital workflow and champion the lab’s transition to full digital innovation.
- Share knowledge and help elevate the skill level of your team.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in full-arch and implant design within a dental lab.
- Advanced CAD/CAM expertise – 3Shape experience preferred.
- Strong technical understanding of fixed restorations, crowns, veneers, and implant workflows.
- Proven ability to balance precision with production efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
