Human Resources Intern – Summer 2026

Location: Mississauga, ON

Work Model: In-person

Duration: May–August 2026

Compensation: $30/hr | 37.5 hrs/week

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers hands-on experience across core HR functions, contributing to employee development, engagement, and operational excellence. You’ll work on some of the world’s most recognized health, hygiene, and nutrition brands while helping shape the employee experience at Reckitt.

From day one, you’ll be immersed in our team—taking ownership of meaningful projects and gaining practical experience in HR operations. You’ll learn by doing, with guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals.

Internship Projects May Include:

  • Supporting employee development through learning and engagement events
  • Assisting in planning and executing internal communications and HR SOPs
  • Streamlining HR processes and updating documentation
  • Leading projects related to talent management, recruitment, and onboarding
  • Supporting the implementation of our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) strategy
