Why this role is important?

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Vice President, Healthcare Partnership Development and Growth, the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Growth will be responsible for supporting the strategy and roadmap development for partnership growth with pharma and payor clients. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong strategic thinking, have a solid understanding of value drivers in the payor and pharma landscape, and bring a highly collaborative mindset combined with a strong sense of ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and refinement of partnership growth strategies specifically tailored for the pharmaceutical and payor ecosystems.
  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of the competitive landscape and market trends to continuously refresh insights and inform the overarching growth strategy.
  • Define, establish, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across various components of the strategic roadmap, utilizing these metrics to track progress and inform the achievement of multi-year strategic objectives.
  • Employ a data-informed approach to prioritize partnership opportunities based on mutual synergies and potential Enterprise value.
  • Develop and deliver compelling executive-level presentations for both internal leadership and external stakeholder meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional colleagues across the organization to ensure strategic alignment and foster shared understanding.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy or business development within the healthcare, insurance, or pharma sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the value drivers in private payor and pharma landscape.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
