Responsibilities

• Propose, plan and deliver consulting engagements with a focus on strategy and planning services in public, private, not-for-profit and Indigenous sectors
• Execute strategic and operational planning, program review and redesign, organizational review and redesign, culture shift and change management, and other forms of management and HR consulting
• Develop project plans and coordinate project logistics with clients and other stakeholders
• Conduct detailed research and data collection, interviews, focus groups and surveys
• Perform in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis and consolidate results to provide meaningful conclusions and recommendations
• Identify innovative ways to deliver added value to clients; ensure needs are met and relationships grow and develop
• Design and develop high-quality deliverables including proposals, engagement letters, reports, presentations and other correspondence
• Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to the preparation and delivery of competitive proposals
• Work collaboratively with the client engagement team
• Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary
  
  
  

Skills And Experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, human systems intervention, human resources, economics or another related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
• CMC, PMP, Lean, CCMP, CPHR, Prosci or other related certifications are considered an asset
• 2 to 3 years of consulting experience, ideally in a client-service environment is preferred, but we will consider other diverse experiences.
• Experience in business and practice development, project and change management, and human resources are considered assets
